Character Blog of Charlie Gordon is a blog post
created based on the novel, Flowers for Algernon.
I created this blog with significant details of the character, Charlie Gordon.
The contents of the blog provide lots of stories from the book such as
Charlie’s experience with the important changes that had been made in his life.
I included a blog post related to Charlie’s experimental surgery as his
important life event, or I added a story of him and his girlfriend going to a
music concert. I am confident that most of the contents of this blog are
related to the novel. The images I included are also relevant to the novel. I
used an AI image generator to create an imaginary Charlie Gordon or other
characters and places. For example, I inserted an image of Charlie Gordon
sitting in a hospital after the surgery which was also one of the scenes in the
novel. The images that were existing in this world were searched on Google. The
style of the blog doesn’t relate to the novel, but I made it in organized way
to expose Charlie’s personality of neatness. I also formed the last part of the
blog related to the theme of this novel. There were multiple themes throughout
the novel, but the main theme that I came up with was identity and knowing what
your dream and ambition are depending on what kind of identity you have. I
chose this theme to make a post regarding dreams and futures and advice for
younger people. I thought it was important to include the post to let people
know who Charlie Gordon is, and how he is living his life.
